A message dated June 18 was received stating the Governor signed the                                                            
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:

     "An Act relating to the duties of the Alaska Commission on                                                                 
     Postsecondary Education; relating to a statewide workforce and                                                             
     education-related statistics program; relating to information
